You can of course visit some of the sites that you find in the Photoshop's links section on this site, but I've decided to provide you with some links that might make it easier for you to find what you need.

Find
A site where you can find several Photoshop tutorials.
The best way is to click on the Adobe link and then select Photoshop on
the page that pops up.
Good-Tutorials
Good-Tutorials is a great way to find lots and lots of Photoshop tutorials.
At the moment that I'm writing this they have about over 10,000 links to Photoshop
tutorials.
You can search by category or use the search option; very useful! Be aware though that not everything is of the highest quality and lots of people submit tutorials of average quality just to get extra traffic on their web site.
PSWorkshop
About 2,400 links to Photoshop tutorials and like Good-Tutorials you have
the option to search in categories or use the search option.
Gurusnetwork
Gurusnetwork doesn't offer many tutorials, but what they offer is high
quality. Many Photoshop users have mentioned this site on several forums.
Jay Arraich
Jay Arraich has a lot to offer. His tutorials might not be all up-to-date,
but they are still considered to be of high value.
Russell Brown
Every regular Photoshop user knows Russell Brown. He's considered
by some the guru of Photoshop and his video tutorials have a high quality.
He also adds some 'humor' to his courses, which can be annoying for some
people who feel out of touch with his sense of humor (including me). That doesn't change the fact that Russell Brown
is a true Photoshop master and his tutorials are highly recommended!
MyJanee
Since I already mentioned a few male Gurus, let's not forget the goddess of Photoshop, Janee, who has meant a lot for the Photoshop community. Janee offers lots of Photoshop tutorials, challenges and a friendly forum.
Heathrowe
The great thing about Heathrowe is the large collections of basic tutorials, but the site also offers enough for those who want to try something that goes beyond these basics.
